Before you call.
For executive SUV service, 24 hours' notice is comfortable and gives us time to assign the right driver. That said, we hold vehicles for short-notice work and same-day requests are often possible — call dispatch and we'll tell you straight away what's available.
Yes — our black SUV service is chauffeured. A professional driver in business attire handles the route, the luggage and the door. We don't offer self-drive hire — every vehicle goes out with one of our own chauffeurs, and the minimum booking is three hours.
We do. Give us the flight number when you book and we monitor the arrival, adjusting the pickup time automatically if the flight is early or delayed. Applies to LAX, Hollywood Burbank, Long Beach, John Wayne and Ontario.
Our base is Los Angeles and we run daily throughout Southern California. Passenger work covers Los Angeles, Orange, Ventura, Riverside and San Bernardino counties, with longer runs anywhere in California by arrangement. On the freight side we run lanes to all 48 contiguous states — call with the lane and we'll confirm whether we can cover it.
General and palletized dry freight, LTL and full loads, dock-to-dock. If you're a broker or shipper, call with the lane, weight and timing and we'll quote it. Certificates of insurance, W-9 and carrier packets go out the same day you ask for them.
Yes, across both the passenger and freight sides of the business. Certificates of insurance and carrier documentation can be provided to corporate accounts, venues and brokers on request.
Quotes are given up front with nothing added afterwards. We take Visa, Mastercard, American Express, ACH bank transfer and company check. Corporate and freight clients can be set up on Net 30 terms after a short credit check. Call dispatch to arrange billing that suits your business.
